INTRO TO EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP with Adriana Torres
Adriana Torres, artist, illustrator and founder of Miga de Pan has studied architecture and graphic design at the University of Buenos Aires. Her collection was distinguished with the Seal of Good Design, an official distinction awarded by the Ministry of Industry to the national industry products that stands for innovation, for its commitment to local production, by its position in the market and its quality design.
This 3 hour introductory embroidery workshop will take place October 17 and you can select if you want to join us in the morning or afternoon
In this botanical alphabet session, students will learn essential embroidery stitches. Adriana will share all her tips and her own way of making those stitches. The students will receive a 50 × 60 cm fabric with the floral design printed. The intention is for the students to delve deeper into these techniques and to be able to complete the alphabet at home.
