RETURN POLICY
WE DO OUR BEST to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.

in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item - the item must be unworn/unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging.

-for items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
-when an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
-for items you want to exchange/refunded - you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you.
-please mark "RETURN" on the package and ship back via the postal service - not with a COURIER, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us.

if an item arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

all gift certificate purchases are final

Please send us your claim within 5 business days after you receive your order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the bag for longer.

SHIPPING INFO
all items will be shipped via Canada post - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order, some orders take longer and will be indicated on the listing. you will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out.  We do not ship out orders on the weekend.
