SALES TAX
all Canadian customers will be charged sales tax. we do not charge sale taxes to customers living outside of Canada, but please be aware when you receive your order you might be charged taxes and duties by your home country. 

SHIPPING INFO
all items will be shipped via Canadapost - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order, some orders take longer and will be indicated on the listing. you will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out. for custom orders please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. We do not ship out orders on the weekend.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS - COMES WITH $100 INSURANCE AND TRACKING (additional costs for extra coverage) *PLEASE NOTE if you choose express shipping it only shortens the travel time of the package, our standard amount of time to dispatch the order still applies

RETURN POLICY
WE DO OUR BEST to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.

in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item - the item must be unworn/unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging.

-for items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
-when an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
-for items you want to exchange/refunded - you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you.

if an item arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

all gift certificate purchases are final

FABRIC INFO
the waxed canvas is weather resistant and has a nice smooth surface and develops it's own patina, the fabric is American made by the same family since the 1800's, the treated surface will not rub on your clothes or will the surface melt, because of the treated surface the bag should not be machine washed, but can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. 

PRODUCT CARE
TEA TOWELS - wash in cold water and hang to dry, after the tea towel dries iron on back side with medium heat and no steam. 
BAGS AND POUCHES - spot cleaning only or dry clean 
PILLOWS - remove from insert and wash in cold water inside out - hang to dry and iron on the reverse side with med-high heat, no steam. 
CERAMICS - wash by hand with a cloth or sponge using soap and water, do not use any abrasives, the ceramics is lead-free and is food safe. 
*please keep in mind that screen printing and dyeing is an organic process and the print quality and colour will vary from piece to piece

*PLEASE NOTE* if you wear new denim jeans - the dye from your jeans will rub off on to the bag and this is permanent and CAN NOT be washed off. please do a rub test with your jeans on a scrap of fabric before you wear it with our bags. we will not exchange or refund on this matter, if your bag gets dirty and you are unable to wash it out we will not refund your order or replace it, once the bag is in your care you are responsible to what happens to it and we will not refund or exchange it.
